Municipal Enforcement

The Town is currently experiencing a staffing shortage in the Bylaw Services Department.  We are working towards an interim solution but are unable to respond to any Bylaw concerns at this time.

The Town of PIncher Creek is no longer able to provide bylaw enforcement services to the MD of Pincher Creek No. 9.  Our Bylaw Officer is only permitted to work within the municipal jurisdiction of the Town of Pincher Creek.  If you have a service request related to bylaw that falls outside of the Town of Pincher Creek, please direct your inquiries to the MD of Pincher Creek at info@mdpinchercreek.ab.ca or 403-627-3130.
