Business Opportunity: Deadline; January 9, 2019
A large project by TransCanada/Nova Gas is commencing in the Pincher Creek area in April of 2019.  The project coordinators would like use as many local suppliers as possible.  We are collecting information on local businesses who provide the services listed below.  Businesses who fill out the survey will have their contact information given directly to the project managers for consideration.

Services Needed:
                Site preparation (survey, ground disturbance)
                Environmental (invasive weeds)
                Earthworks (matting, aggregate)
                Fencing
                Equipment hauling
                Ancillary equipment rental (typical resource industry items)
                Potable water storage, supply and hauling
                Wastewater storage, hauling and treatment
                Waste (garbage) bin rental, hauling and tipping
                Recycling bin rental, hauling and tipping
                Fuel supply (propane, card lock gas and diesel)
                Site and access maintenance (snow clearing, grading, dust abatement etc.)
                Equipment parts and service
                Security
                Medical
                Vending machines
                ATM
                Labour
                Building trades
                Culinary
                Housekeeping
                Janitorial
                Transportation (bussing)

Road Closure | Beverly McLachlin Dr | May 1-2
April 25, 2024
Beverly McLachlin Drive will be closed between Frederick Street and Adelaide Street from May 1 to May 2 to allow for the installation of a utility services.

Please use extreme caution when travelling near construction workers and obey all barricades and detours.
PRESS RELEASE – STAGE 1 WATER RESTRICTION IN EFFECT
April 24, 2024
April 24, 2024 - For immediate release – On Monday, April 22, 2024, Town Council passed the amended Water Utility Bylaw. Changes to the bylaw include the trigger points for enacting water restrictions in the Town of Pincher Creek. This update was requested by the province as part of the Town of Pincher Creek’s Drought Management Plan.
 
The Town of Pincher Creek has moved from Stage 2 Water Restriction to Stage 1 Voluntary Water Conservation effective April 24, 2024 based on the Water Utility Bylaw 1631-24 revisions of April 22, 2024.
