Development Permits

Any person(s) claiming to be affected by a discretionary and/or non-compliant development may file a statement of appeal with an accompanying $300 appeal fee with the Municipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town of Pincher Creek, 962 St. John Avenue, Pincher Creek, Alberta, within 17 days of the permit's approval date.

TOWN OF PINCHER CREEK MASK MANDATE TO ALLIGN WITH PROVINCE MANDATE

At the Monday, June 28 Council meeting Council for the Town of Pincher Creek unanimously passed three readings of the Obsolete and Redundant Repeal Bylaw No. 1628-21 for the purpose to repeal the Temporary Mandatory Face Coverings Bylaw, Bylaw No. 1628-20.
