INSPIRATION AREA STRUCTURE PLAN

Proposed Bylaw No. 1638-25 to adopt the Inspiration Area Structure Plan

PURPOSE: Council of the Town of Pincher Creek is in receipt of an application to adopt the Area Structure Plan to provide a framework for subsequent subdivision and development of an area of land within its corporate limits.
 
LOCATION: Legally described as a portion of Plan 8211483, Block 3, Lot 7MR and Meridian 4, Range 30, Township 6, Section 22 that portion of the East half which lies North of Pincher Creek as shown on the Township Plan approved at Ottawa 29 September 1887, and a portion of Plan 3818GB, Block E (as illustrated on the Subject Lands Map).
 
A public hearing is to be held before Council on August 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. as the municipality must prepare a corresponding bylaw and provide for its consideration at a public hearing.

How to Attend the Public Hearing

A public hearing to consider the proposed Bylaw will be held in person in Council Chambers at the Town office 6:00 p.m. on August 25, 2025.

Proposed Bylaw No. 1639-25, being the municipal Land Use Bylaw

PURPOSE: Council of the Town of Pincher Creek has prepared a new Land Use Bylaw to address and manage land use and development matters within the municipality.
 
A public hearing is to be held before Council on August 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. as the municipality must prepare a corresponding bylaw and provide for its consideration at a public hearing.
