Road Closures

Please obey all construction signage and detours and always travel with extreme caution near workers.

Charlotte Street - August 21, 2025

Charlotte Street between Beaver Avenue and Geddes Avenue will be closed to traffic on August 21, 2025 while crews complete a sewer repair.

Road Closures for Construction - May through September 2025

Please be advised that due to construction at and near Tumbleweed Ave and Livingston Way, the following disruptions to traffic will be in effect:

?The south access to the lane will be closed during the entire construction

?The north portion of Tumbleweed Ave between the lane and Livingston Way will be closed periodically throughout construction (May 2025 to September 2025)

?The corner of Tumbleweed Ave and Livingston Way will be closed periodically throughout construction (May 2025 to September 2025)

? Sunshine Bay will also be closed intermittently until September 8.

 
 

Periodic Road Closures - Beginning Aguust 11 for Approximately 4 Weeks

Starting August 11, a subcontractor will begin work around town cutting and replacing sections of asphalt and completing sewer alignment digs. Expect periodic road closures and crews working in various locations over the next 4 weeks.
