Fire Restriction in Effect - August 8

Under the Fire Restriction burn permits/Notification to Burn may be issued on a one on one basis. Fire pit permits are active and new ones will be issued with pictures.

We ask people to take extra caution when working outdoors. We also remind residents that FireWorks are prohibited within the Town of Pincher Creek and the MD of Pincher Creek.

Under this Fire Restriction

PERMITTED

Propane BBQs and propane powered appliances are still approved for use
Permitted fire pits
Debris burns under permission with a permit based on conditions

NOT PERMITTED

FireWorks and non permitted fires are not allowed under this restriction this includes the following
- Debris Burns not permitted or approved
- FireWorks
