Correction to 2026 Property Tax Due Date

The Town of Pincher Creek would like to advise residents that 2026 property tax notices were mailed with an incorrect due date.

While notices indicate a due date of June 1, 2026, the correct due date is:

June 30, 2026

Residents are advised that:

• Property taxes are not due June 1
• No penalties or interest will be applied before June 30
• A letter confirming the correct date of June 30 will be sent to all property owners
